01What it is

Tracks every deadline. Drafts every filing. Reads every letter. Files an audit trail you could hand to HMRC tomorrow.

Vincent connects to your Companies House records, HMRC accounts, accounting software, business banking, and email — and handles the admin so you can run the business. It is not a replacement for an accountant or a lawyer. It makes them dramatically more efficient, and removes the friction in between.

Running a UK company in 2026 is an administrative nightmare with very little benefit to the owner. Too much human-driven capture, read, store. Vincent's job is to remove that friction.

02How it works

Three layers, deliberately separated.

Open-core inverted. Most projects open the agent and sell paid features. Vincent opens the agent and the regulatory data is public. The hosted service sells operational convenience, not feature access.

Pricing

Cost-plus. Twice the direct marginal third-party costs of running your account. No feature gates, no per-seat. As scale grows, per-customer costs fall and the saving is passed back, not captured.
